This is the second of a series of three shoots using the elements – earth, wind and fire as themes. Today’s make up was by by Lucy Moat from Maid-Up Makeup Artistry , styling Kathy Smith from Maid-Up Photography. Our beautiful model this time was Catherine Heydon. The outside shots were taken on location at Pines Calyx

Dover Photographers - Enefelde Cottage - Property Photography
One job we sometimes get is taking pictures of property. I thought I would share these images of a beautifully renovated Cottage in St Margarets Bay. If you are interested in a holiday rental then please have a look at Ray and Anne's website.
2010-11-06 Bettesteiner Footstompers | Kent Oompah Band
A selection of PR photos for the Bettesteiner Footstompers. The observant among you may notice me in the pictures so Thomas was in charge of the camera for all of these. The Footstompers are a top quality Kent based Bavarian style Oompah band who can bring the spirit and joy of the Munich Oktoberfest to your event whatever the occasion. Their unique style of music an humour means they are always in demand to perform in London and the South East. If you are looking for a Kent based Oompah band then look no further. Head over to their website (Kent Oompah Band - Bettesteiner Footstompers) and just read the reviews.
Bettesteiner footstompers. A Bavarian oompah style band, playing foot tapping, thigh slapping music. Plenty of fun, laughter and jokes.

St Margarets Bay, Barbora
I would like to say that this was a planned shoot - that I had thought long and hard about the subject and the setting but it wasn't. I was out for a lunchtime stroll making the most of the mild weather to get used to the new camera. I spotted Barbora painting her picture and decided to ask if I could take her picture. We had a little chat, she told me she is originally from Slovakia and is now studying fine art at Canterbury University. I hope she will send me a photograph of her painting. As a side note. friends of ours have a delightful holiday cottage available for rental - so if you fancy a break in a very picturesque part of the country give them a call.
